**Review** The Hitcher by Charming Man

meet the author

For those of you looking for something a little more arousing, Charming Man offers a written insight into the realms of sensual romance.
Exploring the thought provoking world of encounters between strangers, sexual fantasies, illicit relationships and voyeurism, Charming Man attempts to reach the inner desire for erotic excitement that he believes is within us all.
Although all works ultimately leave nothing to the imagination, each treads a slow and tortuous path, building slowly to prolong the feeling of anticipation.
So why not take a look at the Charming Man website and peruse the stories at your ‘pleasure’. You’ll find no explicit content on the site’s pages; each story extract sets a scene and will hopefully leave you wanting more!
Note from CM
The covers of all my twelve short stories are very “un-erotic” to say the least, something I’m particularly proud of; I don’t go for sleazy images, preferring the almost comical.
Some love their quirkiness, others have told me it’s no wonder my books don’t sell with covers like that!
I’d love to hear what  readers think.
So if you have any thoughts or opinions on all Charming Mans Covers please send him a note. ~Orchard~

Our review of The Hitcher
A cat and mouse game of love, set in the late 70s to the sounds of the new wave era.
review by rachel

I’ve been a fan of this author for a long time and have enjoyed his work immensely! I have to say that I think The Hitcher is my new favourite story by Charming Man.

The book is set in the 1970’s and the scene was set so well and the musical interjections helped the mood no end….. although I did break from reading a few times to youtube a few of the songs I wasn’t familiar with, lol.

CM does a wonderful job of getting us intrigued by the characters from the very beginning. First we meet Steve, while driving to his parents holiday cottage he picks up Faye, she is on her way to the ferry port…..

A friendship full of banter starts instantly, and the chemistry progresses between them very quickly leading to an evening and night full of pleasure for them both.

This book was so much fun to read and there is so much more I could say in addition to what I have already, but I just hate spoilers……you must read the book for yourself! 😉
