This author has a true talent for whisking you away to far away lands and making you feel like you are there with the actual characters. Every little detail of this book was truly stunning, from setting that first scene in the garden to our final one, seeing Eliza living what she thought would be the ‘dream’ but realising everyone dreams are vastly different, as was the adventure she was hoping to have.
A beautiful must read for 2024!
